I attended a business conference and saw the Bucket List Guy, Travis Bell, deliver his message about living a Bucket List Life!
Instantly, it became crystal clear to me how to appreciate what I have and start to design my life instead of just going through the motions, because I saw I was in control of my happiness and could find more purpose, meaning and satisfaction in my life.
I took Trav's advise and made a plan to start designing my life instead of living by default.
So, I started writing my personal and professional goals and dreams. But I didn’t stop there.
I then started learning how to achieve my goals.
After that, I simply took action on the first step, then the next and so on.
Bottom line: In the end I was able to tick (check) several items off my bucket list.
Building on that success, I decided to step it up a bit and really challenge myself to loose 40 pounds, run a 5k, take an amazing vacation, help a great charity, discover my genetic history, met a celebrity and many other awesome things. How did I do all of these things in such a short time?
We call it “The MYBUCKETLIST Blueprint”.
By using the MYBUCKETLIST Blueprint, I can now set my sights on goals I had never before even dreamt of and achieving them. I found that I never set my goals high enough because I was taught to set them within reach. That kept me from dreaming big and I never learned how to take enough action to achieve the really big things in life so I settled for average.
Now I reach for the stars!
